John has 32 years of experience in community development financing, banking, community organizing, historic preservation, training and organizational development. He has previously held senior management positions with Neighborworks, Enterprise Community Partners, Bank of America and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. He has served on the board of the National Neighborhood Coalition and the New Markets Tax Credit Coalition. John has a B.A. degree in history from Georgetown University and a Masters in Urban Planning from George Washington University.

Anna Klosterman is the Executive Assistant to the President. She works with the President to balance the busy schedule of meetings, appointments and conferences that enhance the productivity of NTCIC as well as promote its growing breadth of involvement. Anna keeps the lines of communication between the president and NTCIC staff clear, organizes NTCIC board meetings, staff meetings, and staff retreats, and acts as the first contact for the president's office. Anna graduated from Miami University of Ohio in 2006, where she majored in American Studies and History. She is currently a graduate student in the American Studies program at George Washington University, where she is concentrating in Historic Preservation.

Lucy supports the administrative faculties of each department at NTCIC. In addition she coordinates meetings and materials for the Acquisitions staff, promotes the marketing services of NTCIC, and strengthens NTCIC's advocacy efforts. She serves as a liaison with the National Trust's Human Resource Department. Lucy graduated from the University of Vermont, in 2007, with a Master’s in Historic Preservation. At UVM she expanded her knowledge of architectural history and hopes to promote its value in conjunction with economic development. She is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina and possesses an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Accounting and Finance

Gigi is a certified public accountant with over twenty years experience in accounting and
financial reporting in the real estate industry. Gigi has provided financial management
expertise to some of the nation’s largest commercial real estate developers and in her
current position as CFO for the National Trust Community Investment Corporation (NTCIC),
she oversees all aspects of the financial and equity accounting process for the company,
its subsidiaries and equity investments. She is also responsible for Human Resources
and administrative functions of the company.
Gigi holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting
from Winthrop University and is a native of Rock Hill, SC.
Janet Doyle, Assistant Controller

Janet Doyle brings more than 20 years of real estate accounting experience to NTCIC, having worked for many years as the corporate controller for a real estate consulting company. Janet also worked for a subsidiary of the Enterprise Community Partners where she gained knowledge in Tax Credit Accounting. Her experience also includes accounting for Acquisitions, Construction and Bond Financing. She majored in accounting at the University of Maryland.
Asset Management
Laura Wherry, Administrative Assistant
Tel: 202.588.6198Laura recently joined NTCIC as Administrative Assistant to the Asset Management team. She has over 18 years experience in client service oriented positions. Laura has 15 years experience working in the Medical Insurance industry in Provider Relations, Benefits Administration, Contracting, and Physician Credentialing. As Administrative Assistant, she will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the company's online filing system, Audit Closing Binders as well as existing filing systems, reconcile missing items, track monthly/quarterly collections, and administrator for the NTCIC database. Laura recently moved to the Virginia area last November, having lived 7 years in Huntington Beach, CA and 9 years in Charlotte, NC. Later this year Laura will begin taking courses at George Mason University in Human Resources, Information Systems, and Communications.
Christina Bianco, Asset Manager
Tel: 202.588.6220Christina most recently came to NTCIC from GMAC RFC as a loan administrator managing account portfolios, credit facilities and relationships with various mortgage banks and private financing companies. She also has experience working as a commercial real estate paralegal in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP focusing on sales, financing, and acquisitions of hotels, shopping centers, and large office buildings specializing in CMBS transactions.

Andrae joined NTCIC as an Assistant Asset Manager in May, 2007. Andrae has seven years experience in the real estate finance industry, most recently with KeyBank Real Estate Capital where he was an asset manager responsible for monitoring and managing equity and mezzanine investments for the company’s Private Equity Group. Prior to that, he was a loan administrator with CIG International, LLC where he performed various tasks essential for managing loans and ensuring compliance. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Houghton College (NY).

Al has 17 years experience in the fields of tax credit syndication, housing and community development, and specializes in complex transactions that provide public and private benefits. Prior to working for the National Trust, Mr. Shehadi worked for the National Equity Fund (NEF), one of the largest syndicators of Low Income Housing Tax Credits in the country. Mr. Shehadi is a member of the Board of the Housing Development Fund, Inc., one of the largest CDFIs in Connecticut. Mr. Shehadi is a graduate of Brown University and holds a masters degree from Princeton University. He is based in Connecticut.
Christine Fedukowski, Acquisitions Manager

Christine brings 20 years experience in public and private finance, including 15 years experience in real estate construction lending, development and portfolio management in the private sector, and 5 years in the nonprofit sector where she created marketing and fundraising strategies for arts organizations.. She joined the National Trust for Historic Preservation in January 1999 and has been with NTCIC since its inception in August 2000. Ms. Fedukowski holds an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut, an MA in Arts Management from American University, Washington, DC, and a BFA in Music from the University of Connecticut. Christine is based in Pasadena, California.

Kirk has an extensive background in real estate, including 10 years in real estate sales, four years of experience as the manager of a federal RTC program for Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation and four years of experience at a grant-making statewide preservation nonprofit organization.

Corinne holds a Bachelor's in Economics and a Masters Degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Sydney in Australia. She brings seven years of banking experience to her position in NTCIC, which includes disbursing funds for home mortgage transactions. She joined NTCIC after holding a position with Preservation Action.
Brendan Beier, Real Estate Analyst

As Assistant Director of New Markets Strategies, Brendan provides project assistance to acquisition staff, acts as liaison to the Investment Committee of NTCIC Board of Directors, and assists in the development of New Markets Tax Credit investments and compliance reports. Brendan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master’s degree in Historic Preservation and a Certificate in Real Estate Design and Development. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University. Brendan joined NTCIC after working with the New Jersey Historic Preservation Office, facilitating historic tax credit reviews as well as other regulatory processes.
